Air Freight (U.S to Jamaica)
We offer air freight from the U.S to Jamaica three times per week. Packages arrive in Jamaica approximately 3-5 business days after arriving at our U.S Warehouse.
Sea Shipping (U.S to Jamaica)
We offer sea shipping from the U.S to Jamaica once every two week. This method is suitable for heavier packages and usually takes approximately 14-28 business days. Sea freight packages must meet our minimum requirements of 50lbs and 14 Cubic Feet. Air Freight (China to Jamaica)
We offer air freight from Mainland China to Jamaica once per week. Packages arrive in Jamaica approximately 10-21 business days after leaving our China Warehouse. Air freight from China to Jamaica is suitable for persons shipping in bulk.
Sea Shipping (China to Jamaica)
We offer sea shipping directly from China to Jamaica once every two week. Sea freight from China to Jamaica is suitable for persons shipping heavy items, equipment and appliances. Workplace Delivery in Kingston

Delivery in Selected Areas

Knutsford Express Drop-off
Have your packages delivered to any of the fourteen parishes across Jamaica using Knutsford Express delivery. Knutsford delivery attracts a fee that is paid by the customer at the location once packages are ready for pickup.

Restricted & Prohibited items should NOT be sent to our warehouse. Visit the Jamaica Customs Agency website using this link https://jca.gov.jm/individual/passenger/restricted-items/ for a guide outlining prohibited and restricted items.
We ship three times per week via air and once every two week via sea from the U.S. to Jamaica. We ship once per week via air and once every two week from china to Jamaica.
ALL packages coming into our warehouses require an invoice for a smooth customs clearance. Invoices MUST be sent via WhatsApp to (876) 590-4932 or via email to [email protected]. Invoices can also be uploaded to the website using the pre-alert feature. Please bear in mind that failure to upload your invoice will result in a delay in clearing your package.
Updates will be sent out via email or WhatsApp. Customers can also log on to their portal and view package status on the dashboard.
We do not have a physical location at the moment; however, packages can be delivered via Knutsford Express or Zip Mail. We also arrange for pickup at central locations in Spanish Town as well as some areas in Kingston. Contact us to see if this applies to your area.
Our current payment methods are bank transfer and Cash On Delivery. Payments of 5,000JMD or more MUST be done via bank transfer and MUST be reflected in our account before packages are delivered. Air freight from the U,S to Jamaica takes approximately 3-5 business days after a package arrives at our warehouse. Sea Shipping takes approximately 14-28 business days. Air freight from China to Jamaica takes approximately 10-21 business days from the time the package leaves our warehouse. Sea shipping from China to Jamaica takes approximately 6-12 weeks. Our warehouses are closed on weekends, so packages delivered on weekends will not be updated on the system until the next business day and as such there might be a longer time frame for these packages. Please note factors such as seasonal traffic, severe weather conditions, route changes, global events, docking and port issues as well as mechanical issues can affect shipments thus resulting in delays. These factors are beyond our control.
Once you register with Starline Shipping Services, you will receive your shipping addresses with your unique shipping code that you can use to shop on any website. Your shipping address MUST have your unique code to ensure that there are no mishaps in the shipping of your package. Your unique code is the code that begins with the letters "SSSJ”.
